I have been having problems lately getting files to sync from my Creative Cloud Files folder. It will tell me the file failed to sync and I click the "Learn More" button and it just says "Unable to sync "Minimal Slideshow.mulib", no real information about why. So I took the file out, logged out, quit Creative Cloud, restarted it, logged back in, put the file back in and it fails again.

Hi Syrax12,

Was the file open in another application at the time of the failure was occurring? Do other files sync fine and the issue is specific to this one? Does Minimal Slideshow.mulib fail if you attempt to upload it through a browser instead?
