IMG_0143.jpgThe system I'm working on is an iMac Pro and the OS is Catalina version 10.15. My question is every time that I switch my firewall on it starts annoying Abobe CC - giving errors like unable to connect to server check firewall setting -  CC server blocked. I've add Abobe CC app to the firewall options to give it incoming connection privileges and it still comes up with errors messages. Is there something that I'm not configuring properly.

here's the error message I'm getting just now.

Thanks in advance for any help with this issue.

Not sure if your problem was the same as mine but my problem stemmed from Adobe Security certificates are not recognised by Apple as being trustworthy.

I solved this by going to Key Chain app, Select Certificates from Bottom left pane and type Adobe in the search field at the right top hand side. This will show all the Adobe Certificates. If they have red crosses them, it means that they are not trusted. Select one right click and Get info. This will display a new window – click on the Trust arr

Got it sorted out by reinstalling the OS system and Adobe CC suite. Still would like to know how to setup the iMac firewall so that it can connect to CC interface without any issues.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for removing the attachment and placing the screenshot in with the text.

The place to find out how to setup, configure, the MacOS firewall would over on the Apple Mac support forums.

Not here at the Adobe support forums.

I think when you install the Adobe CC for the first you get asked the question if you want to allow firewall to accept these so that part is automatic but the problem I had was stem from the recent updates (not sure if it was from Mac OS or Adobe CC update as they were within days fo each other).
