Fonts are loaded in TypeKit but they won't sync to my Adobe software
Hi Lily,
I'm sorry that you are having trouble syncing fonts from Typekit! Please try these troubleshooting steps to start:

If that doesn't solve the problem, send a screenshot of your Creative Cloud desktop application and the sync log files from your computer to support@typekit.com and we will look into it further. There are instructions on where to find the logs on OS X and Windows in the troubleshooting page.
