My company has been using Adobe for years, and the Adobe Customer Service is getting worse and worse. 8 out of 10 times the agents connected via live chat are either not able to understand the issues, are too lazy to read the chat history of a previous case, or give some completely nonsense answers. On one hand there are so many bugs with the Adobe softwares, on the other hand, the Customer Service is so incapable. It's a huge time waste dealing with Adobe.
Also, there's no way to file a formal complaint via email - you can only file a complaint via the live chat, which brings you to the same bunch of time-wasting, incapable agents.
It's a shame for Adobe for the quality of their customer service.
