Help! I cannot access Creative Cloud files online

Hi all,

Hoping someone can help as Adobe have not been helpful.

A few weeks ago I started to get an error message when I tried to access files online - both my own and others through links.

I haven't installed any firewall software that I am aware of but did update my programmes around that time.

Attached is the error message - any help would be much appreciated!
