Help! My Library files not syncing

I downloaded files fro Adobe Stock to my library but they are not showing p in the library. Sync has been turned on in Creative Cloud, but the sync button in the app does not work. It has a small exclamation  point on the icon....when I press it I get the option to enable it but the button doesn't work! Help

Hi Nokie,

A few questions to help me understand better.

  • What desktop product are you trying to get it to work in with the exclamation point, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Could you test the Library panel in some other apps too and see if it occurs there too?
  • Has it ever worked it?
  • If you go the help menu within the product does it show you are signed in with your Adobe ID?
  • Do you use any anti-virus or firewall software on the system?
  • Are you on Windows or Mac and what version?


Please get back to me with this info and I'll see what else we can try

Could you try going through the solutions here one by one?

Solution to the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load in desktop products

For the first solution I would be curious if the CCXProcess is listed as running in Activity Monitor
