Help with subscription problem

Hello. I am currently using the Adobe suite for small freelance contracts. Having only needed the suite for 1 month for a contract, I chose the formula of 1 me at 90.74€. Only, I forgot to withdraw the subscription and was charged to the Maestro card, but I also made a cancellation that was short from March 7.
 
So I’m surprised to have been charged while the Adobe creative cloud service is no longer available to me on my Adobe account. Would it be possible to receive a refund to the indicated account of €90.74? And if not, to receive the subscription month for which I paid? Because right now I’m paying for a service I don’t have access to.

Unfortunately, I cannot contact the support, either via the robot or by telephone.
