hi, im trying to download brushes off creative cloud and it keeps on coming up and saying turn file sync on? i keep on going back to the "files" tab and click sync but nothing happens?someone help me!

Have you tried the workaround in this KB article: Creative Cloud desktop app | Unable to turn-on File sync?
Can you double-check that File Sync is turned on: in the CC desktop app, select the gear icon in upper right, choose Preferences..., choose Files tab, and Sync on/off should be set to On.
