How to Hotlink pictures in the Adobe Cloud? (+Bonus)

Hello community!
my name is Felix and I recently switched from Apple Aperture to Adobe LR. In Aperture, I uploaded my library in Flickr since it had a very easy integration and sharing features. Since Adobe is offering a cloud for Adobe LR Mobile, I'm not using Flickr anymore.

Anyway, maybe someone can help me. How can I hotlink pictures I shared in the cloud? Like for embedding them in a forum or in a web page.

Also, bonus question:

How can I arrange the albums in the mobile version of LR? It's a huge mess now, as there are more then a hundred albums sorted by alphabet and not by date or manual sorting.
