How to set header and footer while using HTML to PDF converter

Hi

 

i am using Adobe livecycle server to generate PDF. i a using its functionality HTML to PDF converter and it works sucessfully i am getting PDF. now have a new requirement of adding Header and footer in every page of it and i am not able to find anything related. can anyone help me out in doing so.

using below code

class: GeneratePdfServiceClient

method: htmlFileToPDF

LiveCycle was combined with Adobe Experience Manager Forms.  It's no longer part of Acrobat.

And AEM has a different forum.
