How to stop syncing all my files on cloud

I have trouble to find setting menu to stop syncing cloud.

I really don't want all my files(mobile works) to be sync. but I can't find menu about it in the apps or in the site.

Is it impossible to not sync to cloud at all?

also, some files I deleted in my phone was still live in the cloud! I managed it now but still I'm not sure it's completely gone.

because every time I access to asset, there's ghost files for a few secs and then, tells me there's nothing.
