How to upload and download files from computer to adobe cloud?

I am new here. I have already used diverse cloud services. Is there a simple way to up- and download files to Adobe cloud?

Besides using file syncing you can also sign in with your Adobe ID to https://assets.adobe.com. From there you can also upload and download files.
