I can't found the Adobe Creative Cloud folder in my home directory.

Mac Os x 10.9.3, CC 2014.

In the CC panel, the sync files is always off, even if the preferences are activated for sync....

Apologies if you tried this already or if this options.tix does not exist on your system -- this sounds like an issue that BenM responded to in a separate thread: here was the suggested resolution, to remove a stale preference file... you can inspect that folder directly from Finder via shift-Cmd-G and enter ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync as the path to navigate to.
