I have 5.25gb in CC Files, but my usage is at 50%

I few weeks ago all of my synced files disappeared. But my usage remained around 25%. After restoring my files from a backup my usage jumped to 50%.

I cleaned out my Archive folder and reinstalled CC, but I was not able to recover the space.

What is the fix to recover the missing space?

At this point you can remove the old files since I have uploaded a backup copy of my files.
