i lost my files from creative cloud today, any ideas? (this was the first time i was using CC cloud)

is there any ways to recover them? they were three illustrator files.

Manu854 did you move the files to you archive then choose the option to permanently delete the files from your archive at https://creative.adobe.com/files/?

no i moved my files to another location and then i deleted the files from previous location.

apperantly it didnt sync with my files. i called adobe they said there is not chance that they might have the files in their server.

and no they were not in archives.

Can you give me some more information that may help us resolve this issue for you?

Can you tell me the exact steps you took (moved files from which location to which new location - was this all within the Creative Cloud Files folder?)

The name of the files?

And can you send me your coresync.log file from the location below?

Coresync.log file location -

Win - C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync

Mac - /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/CoreSync-yyyy-mm-dd.log

(On Mac, you need to use the Go To Folder option from the Go option in Finder (menu at the top).  Then in the pop up enter:

/users/username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/

Then select go, this will take you to the folder containing the .log files.)
