Adobe spark layers cut off when I resize to certain heights it's weird. I have student plan, so it's not watermark issue.

Whats going on? And for a while my account When I go to things that including in student plan.... I'm asked if I want to start it for free, it's like there seem to be an error with Adobe CC or the Adobe's servers

As you can see the logo is whole in png form

Hi @UnderDogNowOnTop,

Spark support is on Zendesk.  Sadly, there is no Spark user-to-user community here.

I don't use Spark myself, so I'm afraid I can't help you.   See links below, submit a ticket for product & technical support.

Hope that helps, good luck!

Also one more thing I should mention.  Ensure you are signed-in with your paid plan ID and password.  Sometimes Creative Cloud logs you out unexpectedly.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
