Since a few weeks, we have a problem with the sync service in an iMac:
The sync never ends.
We tried all the "solutions" mentioned in these threads:
So, we don't need to ask us for more information o or for log data, we need a straight answer from Adobe, please.
Why we are asking for this a straight answer from Adobe? because they say this two years ago:
Thus, they say their engineering department identify the cause.
So, please, don't tell us after two years you had not the solution.
Please, for real, we need a real answer.
Please Adobe staff, try to put yourselves in a user situation, who tried every solution posted in the thread and didn't work.
