I uninstalled creative Cloud but it is still in my windows 10 explorer?

Hey y'all, I bought the Elements bundle last night and it installed "creative cloud"? I didn't care for it so I uninstalled it but it left a blank icon in my windows 10 explorer list where the "Creative Cloud Files" folder was.

I would like it gone, any ideas on what went wrong?

Please delete the Creative Cloud files folder from browser from explorer window and C:\Users\(username).

There is no "delete" option in the explorer context menu? Is there another way to delete it?

Yes I tried that, there is no delete or remove option in the right click context menu, at least not one that I see:

Is there no other way of removing this?

SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET AHOLD OF TECH SUPPORT, I never asked for this program to be installed, this is ridicules.

I installed the cloud thing again from the Adobe website this time and then tried to uninstall it again with the Adobe Creative Cloud Remover Tool, of course it didn't work properly BUT it did make a log file.

Here is just the part where the uninstaller runs into problems:
