I was late to sync my Fotolia portfolio in 2019. I found that my portfolio is on Adobe and I still recieve e-mail from Fotolia that "your file was sold" but I dont have access to my account. I have account on Adobe but I cannot sync it with my portfolio on Adobe. I was asking for help in Adobe chat then following their adwises but it DOESN'T WORK. Never for many month. What else I can do? Do I have to write a letter to Adobe Head Offise? I want my earnings and I want to continue to load more content to my portfolio... I was contributor for Fotolia for many years.
