Infinite sync loop

My Creative Cloud syncing is stuck on an infinite sync error where it is "Unable to sync" an empty folder that is nowhere to be found in the CC files. As soon as the notification disappears, the same notification appears again. Any other files I work on keep syncing without a hitch. It's just VERY distracting.

Any help much appreciated. Please be precise as I am NOT a technically savvy person. Thank you!
