I realize Microsoft is parterning with Adobe, but it's also no secret that Microsoft has been working to increase their presence in intranets.  Whether it's SharePoint Online or SharePoint Hubs, it appears Microsoft is working to take over market share from companies using already using AEM (6.3) to configure their intranets.  Is this a fair assumption and if so, how's this considered a partnership?

My opinion as an outsider... partnership and competition are not mutually incompatible. Indeed, keeping competition may well be a legal requirement in the US.
