Is it possible to use a Creative Cloud library in Photoshop CC, and/or Photoshop CS6?

I downloaded Capture CC on my phone and would like to use the things I create in there on 3 different computers that have 3 different OS X's so therefore 3 different versions of Photoshop, only one of which has a "Library" option in the "windows" dropdown.
