Is there a way to duplicate an Adobe library?

Is there any way to duplicate an Adobe library? I want to make a library with pre done groups that I can duplicate and re-use the structure. Is there any way to do this?

you can go to your cc web files (assets.adobe.com/libraries), select a library and then copy it.
