Can anyone tell me why I can see my CC files online on my desktop but when I look via my laptop it says the folders are empty?

Hi,

Are you positive that you are signed in as the same user on both machines? I would suggest signing out of Creative Cloud on both laptop and desktop, then re sign in using the same Adobe ID.
