je me fais déconnecter en permanence

Bonsoir,
Ayant acheté adob creative cloud réçament, je suis face à un probleme.

Dés que je lance une aplication, il y a la fenetre de conexions qui pop part et revien en permanance.

J'ai donc essayer de lancer créative cloud avans, et la pareil, il me notifie de ma deconexion, je clique sur "se conecter" un chargement ce lance, je rentre même pas mes identifiants je suis encor déconecter, instatanément. je tourne en rond, l'horloge de mon système est bien réglé.

je ne peux meme pas désinstaller les aplication et les reinstaler le logiciel me bloque, "vous ne pouvais pas desinstaller car d'autre application utilise créative cloud"

si quelqu'un peux me donner une solution je suis toute ouïe.

Dofansteur, I would recommend reviewing the settings for any installed security software on the computer to make sure it is not blocking the process. To use an individual membership, you will need the ability to install applications and access the servers listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html.
