This is an issue which started to happen for about 2 weeks now. It is the same over different Adobe accounts. The page doesn't load to show the preview thumbnails, which helps us use the collaborate option from there.
Is this something that Adobe is aware of and if yes, then when this will be solved.
A few things to be mentioned: - this happens on different Adobe enterprise accounts - this happens on different OS (MAC and Windows)
- the page only shows the spinner and never gets loaded
- this happens over assets.adobe.com
- it is important for us to use the assets.adobe.com and not the Creative Cloud app
Is there any possibility for someone to look into this and try to solve it?
