Dear Community Members,

Yesterday I got notification my license is going to expire in 6 days. I checked my bank account and it have been succesfully charged for 20 Euro at 19th of June.
I carefully followed ALL steps included in articles below:
https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/activate-deactivate-creative-cloud-apps.html

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

But the problem still exists.
Could you kindly look at this issue and solve the problem?

Best regards

Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
