local files not in assets, libraries are fine

Hi.....

my local files appear on the web through my creative cloud connection, but the local files are not.  I used to be able to select libraries or files....that is no longer an option.

OS windows 7 ultimate  on HP ENVY

64 bit operating system

intel core i7-3770K

3.5 GH

16 ddr3 dedicated graphic memory
