Lost Libraries' content when restoring my PC

I had to restore my PC and when I open an Adobe application (Indesign, Illustrator, etc) there's nothing in my libraries. The following shows as the title of the libraries panel:

%DL_LIBRARIES_PANEL_NAME_CC

Any ideas how to restore the content of my libraries? Thank you.

I'm on Windows 10.

Edit: Some additional information. I just checked My Assets under my account and I can see the contents of My Library. But somehow I cannot see it in the applications.

I also work  with a Mac and was having the same issue. I was able to solve it by editing the Hosts File. I was missing a line when I compared to the default that somebody posted online. Can somebody post the default Hosts File content for Windows so I can compare it to what I have? Or let me know if it looks similar to mine? I'm attaching the one I have. Thank you.
