Managing and Sharing Photo and Video Files for a Small Non-Profit

hi -

we own two full licenses to Adobe Creative Cloud. Currently we store all files on a shared server (~2 TB) . What are my options for moving all of my files to the cloud? we have 15 employees, and everyone needs to be able to access the photos and videos, although only two of us (the ones we with Adobe CC) will be editing.
