Meta description gets stripped out using CC libraries

My co-workers have been trying to create libraries in CC for all of our clients, which is where they can house a company's logo, color swatches, font libraries, etc. But, when they add the meta description to an image in Adobe Bridge, then save it to the CC library, and then pull it down from the CC library, we noticed that the meta description is stripped out of the image.

Is there a workaround to this or is this a limitation to the CC libraries?

They're actually not uploading the images to CC libraries from Adobe Bridge, they're uploading them from Illustrator. As soon as you place them into InDesign from the CC Library, the meta data is missing.
