missing file status: Files currently syncing have blue arrows, and files synced to the cloud have a green check mark.

I've loaded Adobe Creative Cloud and programs.

Files are not updating from desktop to cloud or reverse! 

I've copied and pasted files from my documents to my new cloud drive.

All files are there and the cloud (top menu bar) says all is sync'd... I've tested from my laptop, all is there.

I do not have syncing indicators on my documents on my hard drive.

What have I done wrong...

All current operating systems and programs running.

the extensions are switched on. and Yes I have green checks on the Creative Cloud directory.

The files are just not syncing from desktop. 

If a file (located in desktop folders) is updated - it does not sync.
