My cloud keeps repeating the same file over and over again and is stuck uploading the files at 45.37%. I have therefore no access to over half of my files and this is already causing me a lot of problems. Anyone had this issue? I have re-installed creative cloud on my machine but the same thing is happening on my other 2 machines. Therefore the cloud is frozen and I can't access my files...not exactly what I signed up to!

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Are you still having the issue? We just recently released an update which might help with this. Which version of the Creative Cloud desktop app are you using? The version is shown in the apps preferences. Have you restarted the computer since encountering the issue?
