I have tried everything. Log out/Log back in. Refresh screen.
I asked that she check to see if she added me as a collaborator and she has.
The file she says she uploaded -she can see but I cannot.
Can't figure it out. Help.
Apparently there is NO customer support these days. I tried everything to get to a chat session but I only got tutorials.

Have you accepted the collaboration invite? has the person who invited you send the request to the correct email address?
