Did you try connecting to a different network and check?

Already, the network is operating normally, this problem occurred on another machine as well.

In that case Thiago, please check if the sync feature is turned on in the Adobe CC desktop app.

Also, make sure you are signed into the Adobe CC desktop successfully.
