No longer able to Collaborate from Finder, nor Visit Website

I'm not sure if it's my system or recent updates, but I used to right click a folder when it had uploaded to the Cloud.  The menu that appeared included "Collaborate."  That's gone.   Now, "View on Website" is available, in an extra step it seems.   Now it appears one would visit the site first to share from the website, no longer through Finder.
