Not able to install creative cloud also can't update link using XD

Hi,

I am facing issues while updating the url using adobe XD 
I treid installing the Creative Cloud application but it gets stuck at 8% and I can't even quit the installation nor can I shut down the system due to it. I have switch off the power button.

I checked on forum and tried the suggested solutions.
I tried uninstalling the creative cloud using the uninstaller application but it ended with an error, even repairing didn't work.
I used creative cloud cleaner tool but it also had no effect.

Please help me resolve this issue urgently as I am not able to share my work.

Operating System : Mac OS Mojave version : 10.14.6

and now Installation of Adobe XD is stuck at 11% since last 40 mins.

Sidharth, sorry you are encountering problems installing Adobe XD.  What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using? Do you own the computer and network that you are installing the software on, or is it owned by the organization you work for?
