I tried so many ways and uninstalled Creative cloud. But still, the issue remains the same. The things you suggested are very common suggestions, nothing specific to my issues.
I cleaned my creative cloud installation using creative cloud cleaner and still, the issue persists. Not even a single file is syncing. And I'm using the same creative cloud account on some other computer, there also I'm getting "File Syncing error" please see attached screenshot.

I second this issue! NOTHING but trouble with the cloud! I gave up attempting to upload to the cloud from my mobile device, I now use an SD care with adapter so that I can just save to the card, then load that into y laptop, then move the files to creative cloud via drag and drop. Now I can't even get my video to upload to You Tube! It will render just fine but when it's time to upoad it's no dice. I notice the cloud seems to be stuck in synching status. "9 of 14 files" it has aaid the past TWO DAYS. I took creative cloud off of my other laptop (which removed ALL OF MY IRREPLACEABLE PICTURES FROM MY LAPTOP FOREVER! i DID NOT HAVE THOSE PHOTOS SAVED IN THE CLOUD, SO WHY DID I LOSE THEM ALL WHEN UNINSTALLING THE CLOUD FROM THAT LAPTOP??) I also removed the coud from my mobile device. This laoptop is the ONLY place where I have Adobe products at all. I bought a new laoptop so that I could have a device which was compatible with Adobe. But here we are ALWAYS A PROBLEM!! Do I get a discount on what I paid for a years wrth of this crappy product?

Can you please share logs with with abseth@adobe.com from the following location on your machine for us to investigate.
~/Library/Logs/Creative Cloud/CoreSync/Coresync-<datestamp>.log and
~/Library/Logs/Creative Cloud/ACC/ACC.log
