Hello!
I am a light user of Illustrator and quite inexperienced. I created some Illustrator files around this time last year, but then my free trial for ran out and I deleted the software. Fast forward to today and I need to use Illustrator again, this time under a different account with the full suite. I'd like to transfer my old files to my new account, however when I go into the "Recently Changed Files" tab of my old account's Creative Cloud dropdown menu, all 4 files are greyed out and I can't click on them. How can I access these files? Must they be recovered, or are they completely gone forever? Thanks for any help.
