Hello, I have a photography membership plan. At the moment I am constantly informed that I am out of archive storage (2gb). I have removed all the contents, yet still I am out of storage. Can you help or point me the correct place?

@nikonneilo - Just checked the metadata for your account and you are storing 76 files using 2.02 GB. You should be able to see two folders containing these files from the All Files page at https://assets.adobe.com/files. The Archive at https://assets.adobe.com/files?filter=archive is empty. You should be able to Archive and then Permanently Delete these folders to free up storage.

I noticed you are storing a Lightroom catalog. These do not work well with the file syncing per Frequently asked questions about using Photoshop Lightroom with Creative Cloud.

Can I store my Lightroom catalog in the 20 GB of storage space I get with my Creative Cloud membership?

No. You can't store Lightroom catalogs in the Creative Cloud, nor can you save a Lightroom catalog on a networked drive. You must store Lightroom catalogs on your computer or on a locally connected hard drive.
