portfolio won't allow me to generate a site

behance keeps telling me to try it but it won't allow me to publish. i've been trying for a year. any help? tia!

Unlike Behance which is free, you need a PAID Creative Cloud plan to use Portfolio.  Do you have an active CC plan?
