private files can't create link

All my files are suddenly labeled private, I cannot click on the "create link", nothing happens there...

I have, the cloud does not give me the options to decide if it's private or not.. just is labeled private and the button "share link" does not work

This is the only possibility I get when I want to share the file, and the "create Public Link" button does not work, nothing happens when I press it...

It is working now.. I think it was a cloud issue that has been fixed.
