Hello, I did some searching on the discussion board but I am sorry I didn't really see an answer to the problems I am having.

I am using Mac OS 10.9.5. and I am trying to sync two folders that are InDesign packages, neither of the folders are more than 1gig.  I checked the file names and there don't appear to be any characters that might be causing an issue.

I've tried pausing syncing and starting it again several times, but I still get the same error message.

Any help would be appreciated. I saw some folks had posted their log file, but I'm afraid I don't know where to find that.  So if someone could help me do that I would start there.

Thanks!

(where YYYY-MM-DD indicate the date of the last log)

Note: The Users Library user folder is hidden on starting with 10.7 or later

see http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html

Windows:

The log file can be found here:
