Hi, I would like to turn off certain Adobe services while not in use.
I have the full creative cloud package but at the moment I'm not using any adobe software. However, there are over a dozen Adobe services still running in the background - CEF Helpers, update services, brokers, extension services, etc.
I've had this package about a year. I've tried turning things off but it just breaks stuff. As good as Adobe is for graphics related tasks I don't need all the services taking 2-4% of cpu and all the associated resources when I'm not using Adobe.
I'm hoping there is an easy way to do this as there is no reason whatsover this background stuff needs to run at all times.
I can prevent services running using group policies for example but I'd prefer not to do that if there is a way to turn all the services off via CC when not using the software.
Thanks for your time.

Hi John, thaks for the link, appears to be an ongoing issue. I've read similar before including the straw man rational for keeping services running.
I'd considered using a VM which is likely the way I'll go.
thanks for your help
