Regaining programs

I purchased this Production package for Adobe programs back in art school around 2012(I think). I had these programs on a MacBook Pro, but it gave out and died last year. I tried to move the programs from my drive for my MacBook onto a Windows/Microsoft laptop, but they couldn't be read or accessed. I also had the creative cloud app for my old laptop, but don't know how to find and gain it for my new one. Is there a way I can find the app and also regain the programs I had on this package? Programs included photoshop, illustrator, after effects, premiere pro, flash, and soundbooth to name a few.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

If that's Creative Suite 5 (hard to tell from the photograph), then I suspect you are out of luck. Those programs were available on either Mac or Windows, and as far as I know (and someone will correct me if I'm wrong), it is no longer possible to get the programs for a different operating system than the one you purchased them on. The only support from Adobe that is still available for CS4 through CS6 is to get an activation count reset.

If someone contacts you privately offering to sell you a new/used version, be exceedingly cautious. Most of them are scammers looking to get personal/payment information from you.

As for the Creative Cloud apps, you need to sign into your Adobe ID account that you purchased them on, make sure you deactivate the installation on the old laptop from the account, then download and install from there onto the new laptop and reactivate. Your subscription must be current for this to work.

This link has information on how to deactivate programs for an old computer and install/activate on a new one:

>move the programs from my drive for my MacBook onto a Windows

You don't put diesel fuel in a gasoline car, and Mac/Windows programs are COMPLETELY different

CS6 swap is now ended https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/exchange-product-language-os.html so there is no way to get the Windows version
