Hi there,

the creative cloud folder is left over in my windows explorer.

I would like to use PinCCF from

https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/creative-cloud/kb/remove-cc-files-folder-shortcut-navigation-panel.html

https://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/en/creative-cloud/kb/remove-cc-files-folder/jcr_content/mai...

but unfortunately the download link is broken.

Wherre can i get the file from or which registry keys do I have to delete (it seems there are multiple)?

Thanks

Erik

IMPORTANT:  Removing your Creative Cloud folder will mean you can no longer sync files to your  Creative Cloud Storage.  Are you absolutely SURE you want to do this?

  1. Run the Adobe Cleaner Tools to remove old Adobe files and processes from your system.
    https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
  2. Open Windows File Explorer.
  3. Browse to the Creative Cloud folder on your hard drive and click on it.
  4. Select all files in CC folder (Ctrl+A) and hit the DELETE key.
  5. Restart your computer.

Post back if you have any questions.
