Removed all my CC files and emptied deleted items folder, however i still cannot save to the cloud as it continues to tell me I am out of space. Very frustrating, please help!

Ok so I see my question was moved to a different forum but I still have no answer. Right now I am paying monthly for a product I cannot use. Is this the only method of support or is there another option?
