I'm a teacher with a "teacher plan" and always used to download assets from Adobe Creative Market. For my misfortune, about a week ago adobe raise the prices in my county (Brazil) and since then I'm not able to download files from market.
Creative Cloud Market is available to all paid Creative Cloud members. Single app and complete members with any plan—single user, Team, Education, or Enterprise—are eligible. Users can access Creative Cloud Market through Creative Cloud for desktop app.
Creative Cloud Photography plan members are not eligible to access Market through Creative Cloud for desktop. Free members can browse Market assets through Creative Cloud for desktop but cannot download content.

I'm posting this here to bring this issue to light for other users.
I've tried several times with Adobe support but the answer is always evasive. They don't know how to inform me (maybe you can) where is the information saying that Student Teacher Plan has no access to Market Download.
