Hi all.
Today I created a new folder in the CC Folder (local on Mac Big Sur).
Usally I don't have issues but I noiced that CC created an untitled folder instead a named one and then send me a notification error to sync the folder (with the right name) because some unsupported symbol.
As you can see in the screenshot, the name of the folder is "plain".
I tried to restart my mac and resync but no success.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Federico

Apologies for the pic and thank you for the answer.
I already deleted the cloud folder but I don't have the right one online (named PROMO Unless).
The error is still there...

can you find PROMO Unless online or locally?
if yes, does it have any useful contents? if yes again, move the useful contents somewhere else and then delete the PROMO Unless folder online and/or locally. if it has no useful contents just delete.
also delete the deleted files clear storage space, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/delete-files-permanently.html

you're welcome. (and there was probably a corrupt file.)
