synchronisation bibliothèques creative cloud

Bonjour, je ne parviens plus à Synchroniser mes bibliothèques de motifs crées sur adobe capture depuis mon I Pad, sur mon poste de travail fixe;

la première synchro s'est faite sans problème,( il n'y avait que 26 motifs et une dizaine de brosses) mais si je rajoute des motifs( du coup, j'en ai plus de 300), ils semblent bien s'enregistrer  sur créative cloud sur l'I Pad, presque instantanément, mais sur le fixe, je ne les retrouve pas.

j'ai une connexion internet médiocre, es-ce à cause de cela?

Hi Hélène,

Not being able to sync the assets from Capture on the iPad to your libraries could be related to internet connectivity. I'd try these and see if they help.

  • Restart the iPad and close any other open apps other than Capture
  • Switch to a different internet connection if possible
  • Try signing out and back into Capture with your Adobe ID
  • Check to see what has synced successfully here Adobe Creative Cloud from a computer

Hi Hélène,

Thanks for your response, Dave,

it it was an internet connexion problem, I swiched a better connexion with my I Pad, and every patterns have Been

synced after 45mn. into adobe Creative Cloud.
